Claudia Collections was founded six years ago by Gion Bruins and his wife, Claudia, who has been the inspiration behind the name. Gion grew up immersed in the world of contemporary fairs, traveling across Europe with his parents, which cultivated his passion for vintage and designer furniture. Together with Claudia, they built Claudia Collections into a renowned destination for carefully curated mid-century modern pieces and rare artworks.

Unfortunately, due to Claudia’s battle with cancer, she had to step back from the business, leaving Gion to continue the vision they had shared. One of Claudia’s dreams was to open a physical showroom where their collection could be displayed in all its glory. Gion made that dream a reality on July 1st, 2023, by opening a stunning 600-square-meter showroom in Zandhoven. Located in a former Citroën garage, the space holds special significance, as it was previously owned by the parents of famed fashion designer Walter Van Beirendonck.

The showroom offers a unique blend of history and design, serving as a fitting tribute to Claudia’s vision and Gion’s passion for timeless furniture and art.
