This icon was designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret & Charlotte Perriand.
They placed the individual at the center of their design and created the perfect balance between 
design purity and user comfort.
In 1974 Cassina started producing an all-black version of de LC4; black structure, recliner and upholstery.
Our model is from the mid 1980's.

Set of 6 dining chairs designed by Mario Bellini for Cassina the 401 break.
Fabric is soft aubergine/brown velvet with natural leather trim and black zippers.
Production is probably late seventies and some of the chairs still have the original stickers.

Velvet is on all chairs in excellent condition.
The leather trim has sign of some more intense use and are in fair condition.

Wear consistent to age and use.

Diplomat table lamp by Louis Kalf

A set of nesting tables designed by Gianfranco Frattini for Cassina Italy and produced in the 1960s. Consisting of four tables which form a cylinder shape, despite each table having the same circumference they stack perfectly due to the differing heights. With the addition of having reversible table tops you can either have white or black or a mix of the two. All pieces retain their original Cassina labels. The set is in nice vintage condition, some small cracks and some small chips to lacquer

Timor 69 lamp by Louis Kalff for Philips.
Louis Kalff (1897-1976) designed this iconic lamp for Philips.  
The impressive lamp was produced in the 1950's.
The exterior of the lamp has a matte dark green color, inside it is white for a perfect reflection of the light, and brass accents.
See also the embossed logo on the foot of the lamp.
There are some chips of paint missing but it is in excellent vintage condition considering it is almost 70years old!
