This icon was designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret & Charlotte Perriand.
They placed the individual at the center of their design and created the perfect balance between 
design purity and user comfort.
In 1974 Cassina started producing an all-black version of de LC4; black structure, recliner and upholstery.
Our model is from the mid 1980's.

made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy.
Most likely made by the Cristallo Venezia CCC glassworks.
Made in the sommerso technique.

Condition:
The gondola is in very good condition with slight signs
of use underneath (scratches). We have not seen any cracks or repairs.
There are very small chips on the bottom; please see the pictures

Wear consistent to age and use.
The vide pooch is in pristine condition with slight signs of use (scratches) underneath
which are consistent to age and use. We have not seen any other cracks, chips or repairs.
No restorations or modifications are made.
